Labingo was the chief  of the village, Luo which was in drought. If they wanted rain, Oganda, the chief's daughter must sacrifise herself to the lake monster. Oganda excepted this. When she was walking through the lake, Osinda, her love came . They ran away from the village and at that moment it started to rain.
